finding the right bra fit

a well-fitting bra should sit comfortably beneath your breasts with the band laying flat across your back, not riding upwards. If it’s too tight, it could dig into sensitive breast tissue or restrict the flow of milk, so make the switch to a maternity bra when you start to feel uncomfortable. Every woman is different. You may find your cup size changing throughout pregnancy, up to 3-4 times. Additional change may also occur when your milk first comes in but will generally settle once your breastfeeding routine has been established.
