finding the right bra fit

as your body and breasts change throughout pregnancy it is important to keep them comfortable and supported with the right bra. You will know it is time to make the switch to a nursing or maternity bra when your standard bra starts to feel uncomfortable. A correctly fitting bra should sit comfortably beneath your bust and flat across your back, without riding upwards. Every woman is different though, so ensure your bra isn’t too tight as it could restrict the flow and production of milk. Your band or cup size could change 3-4 times throughout your pregnancy as your body grows and milk flow increases.
